Approximate Paint Scheme (reverse-engineered)
#

Recipe is a guess based on the finished models — not confirmed.

1. Prime
#

Black primer

2. Drybrush — Round 1
#

Matt White — medium-heavy pass over all raised surfaces.

3. Ink — Split coverage (airbrush)
#

Liquitex Quinacridone Magenta Ink on one zone (e.g. lower body, mouth, flame tongues).

Liquitex Phthalocyanine Blue Ink on the opposite zone (e.g. upper body, back, horns).

Apply so the two inks meet and bleed into each other in the middle — the overlap becomes a natural blue-violet blend.

4. Drybrush — Round 2
#

Matt White, lighter pass.

Re-brightens highlights on top of the ink layers. The white picks up both colors slightly and softens the blend further.

5. Ink — Round 2 (airbrush)
#

Repeat the split — reinforce Magenta on the warm zones, Blue on the cool zones.

Builds saturation and pushes the contrast between the two halves.

6. Drybrush — Round 3
#

Matt White, very light final pass on the highest points only.

7. Details — White
#

Matt White for claws, teeth, flame tips. Residual ink on the brush will tint them slightly — that’s fine.

8. Eyes
#

first Matt White, then a small dot of red.
